Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
SECURITY, STORAGE AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Penny Radio is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable. While no service is completely secure, Penny Radio takes precautionary measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. For example, we store the personal data you provide (currently only email addresses) on our end, which provides limited opportunity for unauthorised access and the Website is hosted and built using well-known trusted providers (Siteground and Word Press respectively) that offer the latest industry-standard security to their users. Additionally, security plugins are utilised where necessary.
Storage and Transfer
Personal data collected by Penny Radio may be stored and processed in your region, or in any other country where Penny Radio or its third-party service providers are located or maintain facilities. Penny Radio does not currently knowingly transfer personal information outside of the United Kingdom, although its third-party service providers may do and you should familiarise yourself with their policies where this is the case. If in the future, Penny Radio does transfer personal information outside of the United Kingdom, we will ensure that adequate mechanisms are in place to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally. Your email address is only stored at our end and is not made available or transferred to any other third-party.
From time to time, we may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. This program utilises cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commission on these sales.
Newsletters and Post Notifications
On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter and post notifications, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows the Website to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.
